Purple blue 392 – 3D Acrylic Car Badges, Set of 2

An engine callout answers the question before anyone asks it. Purple blue 392 is cut as a two-layer acrylic badge, so the lettering stands proud of its base plate and throws a shadow instead of sitting flat against the panel like a decal.

Where it goes

On a Charger or Challenger: the front fender behind the wheel arch, the trunk lid, or the lower door below the crease. On a RAM: the tailgate, the bed sides, and the fender flare flats. Avoid textured plastic bumper covers and any panel with an active body line running through the middle of the badge.

Build

Two layers of 3mm cast acrylic, laser cut, hand polished, chamfered on every edge. UV-stable pigment runs through the material, so it does not fade to pastel the way printed vinyl does after a couple of summers.

Sizes and colors

Pick a size, then set the base and text finishes independently. On black and dark gray cars, mirror silver reads furthest. On white and silver cars, gloss black is the finish that photographs best. Mirror finishes add $15 per layer.

Installation

Pre-applied 3M automotive tape. Clean, peel, position, press for thirty seconds. Because nothing is drilled, the badge comes off later with fishing line and a little heat without leaving a hole in the panel.

This is a set of two - one for each side. Fender badges look wrong fitted to one side only, which is why these ship as a pair.
